New Publication to Boost Profile of North East Scotland’s Energy Industry
NOVEMBER 2011. A new business magazine produced by some of the UK’s most experienced and respected journalists and editors will look at Aberdeen City and Shire as a place for business and investment and a place to live and work.
The Aberdeen Business Report, to be published for the first time in the second quarter of 2012, will provide top-quality coverage of North East Scotland’s energy industry, said Bui Tyril, managing director of publishing firm GlobalOne Press. He is joined by Swedish photographer Maria Olsen, with whom has has worked for over a decade in communication and publishing.
“The magazine will focus on oil and gas and supporting industries and services, with renewable energy and non-energy sectors covered as well,” Mr Tyril said.

Public Relations Course Gathers 27 Delegates in Faroe
OCTOBER 2011. A public relations course we held for clients in the Faroe Islands gathered 27 delegates for two full days.
The course ‘Trust and Credibility in an Uncertain World: What Every Manager Should Know About PR’ took place 18 and 19 October in the Faroese capital Torshavn, with instructors from OpenEye.biz, the Aberdeen Press and Journal’s newspaper ‘Energy’ and Scotlandl’s largest PR agency, The BIG Partnership.
